Joining Red Alerts Problem

Hello,

When i click on the red alert button top left is says queuing and then a sec laters it removes me from the queue.

Is it about "your fleetbase" defend event(?), because if yes, then i have the same problem.

At the minimap, when the Red Alert was being appeared, I clicked to queue, and it was working on the queue, but I wasn't called into the event.

Further, i saw another problem. When this event is active, just some people can join into it, so i mean that someone can see and someone can't see this Red Alert button at the minimap.
