Career Officer Forum Title

How do I get my title on these new forums? I think it is lame I had to make a new account to join a forum I was a member of since 2009. I couldn't even use my original forum name...:confused:

    There is an option to enable it on the bottom of the same page you choose an avatar from.

    Don't see anything, can you elaborate or tell me exactly what to do/look for?

    Sure, sorry for not being clearer. I'm also assuming your referring to the lifetime forum title of career officer.

    Top left of the form (below the "Forum" banner though) you see your avatar image and the words Edit your avatar in grey beside it. Click this.

    You'll now see a menu of various avatars. Simply scroll down, and there is a question
    "Do you want to use the Lifetime Subscriber title?: Y/N" - click Yes.

    Join date is created upon your first post on the forums, seeing as all your PWE accounts are new and only just posting on the forums, the join date is June 2012. It's the same with every PWE forum.

    :rolleyes: Looks like some Lifetimers don't actually have that option.

    I never used it in the old forums...

    But I can't stand the frackin' default title now...

    You do. You need at least one post or it won't change properly.

    Interesting, I just looked myself and I didn't see it either.

    Possibly got moved, yet I do not see it anywhere on Edit my Avator or in my account settings?

    This is getting to be almost too annoying to not even care about, have done a few posts now and still not seeing it whatsoever

    It's probably related to the maintenance going on right now. If the account database/server is being worked on the forums probably can't determine you have an lifetime account and don't show the option.

    Pick your title below
    Lifetime Subscriber: Career Officer
    1000-Day Veteran: Starfleet Veteran 1000-Day Veteran: Empire Veteran
    Default: default

    ...on that edit your avatar page. I click on my title, but it doesn't change. Everytime I check my posts on the forums, it still says Ensign, and everytime I click on "Edit your Avatar" link, it's defaulted back to "default" again.

    Help, please. I've been a lifetime subscriber since day one, and this makes me feel a little cheated.

    Please try using a different browser -- some browsers are not officially supported and may be causing your title not to stick.
