Csnt convert zen.

Anyone know how you go about converting your zen Ive got some but when I go to
the conversion site and I try, I pick the game STO but on the server part it says no
characters and I cant go any further any help would be much appreciated.

    Submit a ticket to Customer Support.

    Have you tryed logging out of the main page and retrying after logging in?
    That worked for me this morning.
    I had the same problem yesterday.
