Ok so you forced us to Merge Accounts so with that point remove restrictions such as cannot get Free Zen because of how old our Account is. You know everyone is up in Arms about the Un-Announced switch. I am upset but please take into consideration that some of us have been with STO since Beta and Launch. People add if you want or Burn away but really come on.

After investing time and money in this game and being a loyal player since I first heard about it, I must say, I'm a bit upset about this. The lack of information presented to us regarding the changes, the inability to log in and not be able to find any helpful information and several other factors make it seem like there's a massive disregard for both customers and the Star Trek franchise in general.
It seems the forces that control this game could learn a lot from the Star Trek IP in terms of honesty, openness andgeneral conduct, such as helping members. After all, without customers, where do they expect their money will come from?

Run those tests please and report back the results. Best bet would be to start a new thread though instead of posting them here.
usually it;s an issue of throttling from the ISP or other network issue. if you have anything else running in the background, you may want to stop it until the connection is fully made. (ie torrenting)
