Collector's Edition

Hey,

I recently bought the collector's edition, and upon going to activate the code inside, all it activated was a code for "Star Trek Online - Retail" and not the collector's edition!

Tried opening a ticket but the PWE website won't work, and Cryptic aren't accepting my log in details so I can bring it up with them.

Any ideas? I would quite like my console, and the recognition that I actually went and bought it!!

    Do you have a previous collector's edition on this account?

    It's definitely the collector's edition that was released at launch, and it arrived today :S
    I bought it a couple of days ago, so I don't have a previous edition on the account
