Group accolade?

I've been working on the Operational Completion Dedication accolade with no success. Now I finally find out after a couple hours of searching that this accolade requires a group to achieve as one has to complete all three career options, science, tactical and engineering. If STO would have made that clear UP FRONT I would not have spent so much time on an accolade that can't be soloed. Thanks bunches STO for wasting my precious and limited online time.
