Unhappy with the forum move..

It took over an hour just to get my cryptic account merged with a new PWE account because one PWE page thought I had already used my email address while the PWE recovery page claimed there was no account linked to said address.

Now I can't buy zen because my account apparently hasn't existed long enough and i "have no characters over level 10".... despite being a STO player since open beta and having at least 6 max level characters..

I love STO and the Devs, but this PWE move has soured the optimism I was starting to feel for the game again after recent dev blogs...

It's not a good sign when your parent company breaks your customer's ability to spend money with you..

This is just ridiculous. I merged my account months ago and still get that same "must be a member for a week with a character over lvl ten" TRIBBLE. Sure wish I could spend some money in game, Cryptic. Too bad your website's broken.

I can't imagine that being business-savvy.

At the very least, some form of announcement that this transition was going to occur -- with a "Here's what you can expect..." -- would have been useful.
