    well this was a useless topic. saying i know what happened to E-E and not say anything about it, useless. Not everyone has the money to spare to by a magazine to find out.

    Those who are so inclined might have still liked to know, though.... and there are still copyright/spoiler issues.

    That said, it is rather useless in that there is no indication said story is canon. It isn't as if any of the books are considered canon.

    Copyright is irrelevant - Fair use allows you to reproduce up to 5% of any given book / magazine / whatever written format it is.

    The answer is that Data went on a mission to fluidic space. He was lucky to get the crew back intact. The implication is that the ship was lost there but the hard answer wasn't given. It was either retired due to damage or lost entirely.

    B-4's body is exactly like Data's and Lore's bodies. His mental engrams weren't as advanced as Data's or Lore's. The fact that Data is functioning (presumable adequately) should speak to that.
