Sensor Analysis gone from Bortie Command Variant?

EDIT: Derp!! Thanks Warduke, you were totally right. Sensor Analysis is passive, so there was nothing to find! I confirmed that it shows up for me, I was just looking in the wrong place. :o

    I dont have the bortas variant so i can't speak of that ship but i did get the sci variant of the oddy and im noticing that sensor analysis is missing from that ship as well, i think that its bugged since both ships r cruiser types. hopefully it gets fixed soon.

    It's a passive skill buff. You will see the SA take effect in the form of said buff while you are fighting. the longer the fight, the bigger the buff gets.

    The buff yo uspeak off is called sensor scan, and has jack shiite to do with this.
