Ya know what? I'm getting ****ed off at the poor dialog boxes that pop up in the middle of combat, can't be retrieved, and the goals tell you diddley squat on how to get something done. You then have to pull up your log and it's super unhelpful... Oh, yes, go help J'mpok... sure... Because looking at the map it tells you to go o the supply room.
It only takes a second to make a comment like "go up the ramp here" when you say "help J'mpok" -- I'm notiicng this on a lot of these missions. The wording leaves only confusion on what you need to do.
Reason is this is what the First City map used to look like (minus the damage and the consoles added to the room where the chancellor is) and given by the time you make that mission the quest log expects you know where to find him by heart, it was written as such.
I certainly hope they'll redo this mission with the new First City map at some point because while it makes many of us who play this game for a long time nostalgic to replay the mission in its current state, it's perfectly understandable it's going to confuse the heck out of everyone else.
Ah yeah i remember the old map...would be a good idea to fix some of the wording...when in doubt just ask in zone chat...least first city isnt tribble cluttered like ds9 or esd.
