Dilithium -> Mk XI

I keep hearing that you can buy XI gear with Dilithium, but I seem to be the only person in the universe that doesn't know where to go to get it. I looked in all the herp derp places and I probably just overlooked it.

Anyone want to let Metrocity's most notorious evil Megalomaniacalmind in on the apparent secret? :D

    By the arena on Quonos, find the Vendor area, see the one that let's you exchange Dilithium.

    Yeah there are in fact 3 (could be wrong maybe it's 2) Dilithium vendors in the area. Only 1 sells Mk XI which is very annoying since the Federation gets Mk XI right out of the buy it anywhere Dilithium store.
