Mission Issues

Not Sure if I post these issues here or on another part of the forum but I seem to be having trouble with two missions unable to be finished. The First one is the Tutorial Touring Quonos. It says to speak to someone at the Foundry but it has a tick next to it and I can remember doing that twice but the mission is still not completed and nowhere else I can see on the map to go. The Second is another early KDF mission called Chasing Ghosts I am on the planet shooting the romulan who is the assasin but even though he has no health he keeps getting up and scanning the crates. Has anyone else had this issue I have only just created this Klingon so not to fussed if I have to delete and remake the character. But rather continue that do the last few missions again. If this is a common issue for everyone though then the KDF missions need to be fixed urgently
