is there a bug with 2nd wave

ok I get to the point on 2nd wave where i have to listen to the conference and when i get to convince the diplomats no matter what options i pick the defera and the cardassian diplomats fail so I went a head and finished the mission any ways because it let me but i never got a complete with it. so is there a bug or do i need to be at lvl 2 marauding to complete it? and yes i have restarted the mission like 3 times so far. I am a KDF Character

    There was another post about this, and If I am correct, there is no way to get them to all agree. The problem I had was I got to the end of the first mission on the 2800 and I dropped off the people on the planet and that was it, it would not go any further. With my KDF ship it worked great, have to try it with my Fed ship next.

    I have managed this on my main KDF character. I think you have to do all the optional missions first. Then, when you get to the conference room, try talking to them in the order they talk (S'tass, the Cardassian, the Defera ambassador, and the Federation Captain). I don't remember the exact responses to choose for each ambassador off the top of my head.
