Hi All,

I am looking for a bit of help, I was playing the above mission, completed the out DeWitted, tortured the captain got the codes and recieved the communication telling me to find some raiders. At this point I left the system then logged out. When I logged back in the next day i get directed to the system you fight the DeWitt and it wont let me enter the system either!:confused:

Similar incidents have happened during a couple of fed missions as well, can anyone help? I was enjoying this mission and would like to complete it!

    The raiders you are suppost to talk to are the guys you talk to at the beginning of the mission just go back to the starbase and talk to the guy there.

    The problem he is pointing out though is that you cannot re-enter the system to hail the starbase at all. I had this problem myself and had to drop and restart the mission when I had enough time to go and complete the mission fully in one sitting.

    Bug it and drop the mission and start again.

    It has been bugged for a long time, but is a low priority due to being KDF.:rolleyes:

    To be on the safe side, make sure you do all your map transitions from the dialogue box.

    Just ran into this myself last night.......dropped the mission and re-played through it.....

    Why is he leaving the system?

    I had that problem, I got the shuttle and had to exit, when I came back in, I have to fight all the ships over again. The ratio of 1 KDF ship to 8 feds is a little much. At one time I had 6 FED ships on me and got 2, then had to cloak to rejen and then back in it, also had to respawn 2 times, I was due to my crew was almost all dead. (another post).

    The trick is, after destorying the DeWitt, DO NOT WARP OUT! Simple. Just fly back up to the station. I have played and replayed this mission numerous times without issue.

    The amount of ships you are up againts is stunning in this mission. I guess that was cloak is for.

    This, they are totally unable to withstand an angry DHC armed KDF vessel.:cool:

    Things to watch out for on this mission are:

    TURN AWAY TEAM TO PASSIVE when you beat on the captain. If you kill him after he gives you the codes, the mission gets messing up. Which is funny cause after you zone out, you blow up his ship anyways :D

    And of course, talk to the raiders after you blow up his ship.

    In the next part, use cloak to get to each comm stations and park below it when disabling. You don't have to fight anything that way.

    Remain cloaked till about 1k from each ship you need to kill and evasive maneuver away after you blow each one. Return to cloak.

    Can do the entire mission in under 20mins.

    That is all.

    Hi Guy's,

    Thank you for all your help and advice. I dropped the mission and went back to it later, so mission complete!

    I rather enjoyed romping through the mars ship yards and causing carnage! I think I may go back and do it again!

    Yes, the poor feds are a little outnumbered in that mission - 8 puny little fed ships against one battle hardened Klingon warrior and his cannons = no chance for the feds :)

    Meh, there's a lot of ships running around, but most of them are shuttles, runabouts, or Peregrines. You can wipe out an entire pack within a couple FAW1 cooldowns, leaving just the one escort or cruiser - which are not hard to beat one-on-one.

    It's annoying to have so many phaser procs going off, but that's about it - they don't have the firepower to burn you down even if they do get your shields.

    Yeah I keep wondering why people leave the system.

    I killed him and nothing went wrong with me.

    Last time I killed him,the mission bugged out on me. Maybe I was just unlucky?
