Gen. Chang. there should be a very large statue of him near the beam down point. it was he, after all, who saw the need for such an academy, and then got it up and running. being a graduate of said Academy, having played Interplay's game Klingon Academy, I'd like to see his statue when I beam down. can't really see there being any IP difficulties since interplay doesn't outright own the Chang character
However, it would class as a likeness of Christopher Plummer; who played Chang in Star Trek VI.
Also, just because it happened in another game, doesn't mean it happens in canon, for example, the Vesuvi Incident and following conflict with the Cardassian "House of Matan" and Kessok allies in Star Trek: Bridge Commander is not canon, as is everything in pretty much every Star Trek game, book, comic etc.
You mean the guy that was so good even his enemies had to learn his strategies at the academy and was only exiled to a backwater planet because he had fallen out of favour with his contemporary government?:)

I believe Chang was and is a hero of the Empire, but since he had a hand in one of our Histories most notoriuos attempts at a military coups that involved the assasination of the then Chancellor, he would not have a grand statue at the Academy. Though there would still be a likness of him displayed across the campus, particularly the classes on tactics and wargame-theory.
He was a great warrior and Brilliant mind, whose hearts 8 valves beat with the time of the will of the Empire. Ultimately though He attempted to propagate a war based on a lie hidden in the defense of honorable revenge and failed.
Had he succeed millions of Klingon warriors would have turn thier eye to the federation and gone to war under the false presumption of doing the right thing as honor would have demanded it.
Do not get me wrong. Sa'SuDrol noy vaj hates the fedswith a passion but even I would hate to have been killing them under false honor driven revenge. It makes the victory hollow when the truth of it survaces anddishonors us all.
At least the current reasons for war have truth to them, if even I am the only one who sees it, and can be fought with a warriors pride behind it.
Chang is a hero for sure, but one with a smidge of blemish.
In warthough don't we all tarnish a bit.
There is something missing at Klingon academy!
Highlighters and notebooks! Has any of you ever seen a school that didn't have liquid paper n pencils?
What are these people learning: How to lose half the population of your vo'quv by turning the corner?

My guess would be they are studying inside those buildings set into the walls, but then again outside should be instructors doing exercises with people.
Equip a couple of them with large padds
Chang? I would think he would be reviled as a dishonorable traitor, who conspired (with Starfleet and (GASP!) the ... ugh ... Romulans!!!!!!) to kill his own leader, Chancellor Gorkon and then his successor and daughter Azetbur; who used a BOP with fire-during-cloak capabilities (how cowardly!); and who LOST his battle with the renegade James T. Kirk !!!
Why not a statue of Kruge instead? He tried to acquire the Genesis project to protect the Empire!
Even statues of Kang, Koloth, and Kor would be better ...much, much better than Chang.
Oh, I'm sure Gowron put a statue of HIMSELF there, no question. He was always into self-aggrandizement.
You're lucky you don't get a statue of Azetbur. Ugh, was she ugly! No offense to Rosana DeSoto who played Azetbur, but that Klingon makeup made her look hideous

The Klingon Academy game and Chang's academy activities may be considered non-canon. But then, who cares?
I have to agree, and everything is spread all over the place in 3 different areas. Kind of strange  but if it was more like the FEDs, some may say its to alike. Does the KDF have a space station????

LIFE!
It feels so lifeless!
And Chang already has a statue:
in the Hall of Warriors on Ty'gokor:

Who would not love old fat Korrd.
Besides, who wants to wage war sober?
Melee weapons training in one of the fighting areas as part of Klingon Academy training program!
There are one or two fighting areas plus one in the city but NONE available for users to engage with NPCs nor with other user.
There is also a fire-range... but again just a dull scenery and empty like a desert
So KlingKademy could be full of life rather than a waste of good but currenty dull scenery.

and let them shout at a few rows of recruits for Kahless' sake!
yeah, that would be cool, to challenge those old warriors to a duel

You fail to realize that, like Starfleet Academy, there is no single beam down point. It's random whenever you beam down.
