Tactical: +26% Energy Weapon Type x3, +26% Torpedo Type
With only 1 DHC and 1 turret, why have CRF2? The Turret will be easy to keep on target but that DHC will be only effective when traveling almost straight a a target.
As a side note, you may wish to trade out BTsS1 for Beam target Auxillary 1 instead. Can't heal if you have no Aux to help some of your heals.
For lack of abetter route go, I made mine a beam boat for Plinkering in Ker'rat

I'd recommend dropping at least one of those EPS consoles and tossing in at least one RCS console if not two.
i run at least one and have moderate success with it. Gives me a turn at least that of a Galaxy X with the one. (adding in the Honor Guard Set)
I also heard from CaptainGeko on the recent Priority One podcast that Omega set is suppose to help a bit but haven't looked at those specs yet.
