Some DOff bugs

System

I had an Instigate Defection just disappear from my assignments. No completion, no mention of it in the Log, nothing. This however, happened before with Reclaim Borg Drones. Again, no completion, no mention. The DOffs assigned in both cases just got unassigned, nothing was undone except for the time.

EDIT: There was the completion message in the chat, but it wasn't in the completed assignment tab, neither was it in the assignment log.

Not so serious part:
These are random tidbits, they sure are not important, but I think they deserve a fix at some point in time too:

Jeffery Hildebrand and Thea Ashley had their quotes adjusted to make their affiliation somewhat clear during the last patch, however their Species is still listed as "Human" instead of their KDF counterparts' "Terran".

Horatio Ryan Millhouse has the quote, "I'm going to do it. I'm going to ask Lisa out on an >acutal< date. Definitly. Probably. OK ... maybe not.", which apart from being funny, I sadly do not get the reference to. Someone explain?

Millhouse and Lisa? Probably Simpsons. Millhouse has a thing for Lisa I believe.

Talk about a bug how about a flight deck officer who just sits in ur roster. cant be put on active duty or do any missions. anyone else with this problem.
