Where can I buy Romulan Weapons/Equipment?

I want to buy some upgraded Romulan personal weapons and ship weapons for my crew/ship but I'm having trouble finding a base/outpost that sells Romulan gear.

Can someone tell me if there is a location within the game with a store/retailer who trades in Romulan gear?

    What do you consider to be "Romulan personal weapons and ship weapons", and why do you want them?

    If you mean the Romulan rifles, pistols, scorpion fighters, and the Reman covariant shields, those are mission rewards from the Cloaked Intentions featured episode series.

    Most of the Romulan gear can be purchased on the Exchange. Plasma Beams, Torpedos, Rifles, etc are generally always there being sold.

    That, and the torpedoes available via the exchange are what I wanted to know.

    I like the Romulan rifle that I earned in that mission but I was hoping I could find a "Level X" or "Level XI" version of the rifle since I've now reached level 50.

    Replay the mission to get it again at higher lvl.

    Romulans use disruptor and plasma, just get some of those.

    And no, there are no Thaleron mines and Weapon available eighter. ^^
