are kdf going to get a normal ingame level 40 science ship

thay had one and only one science ship that you could get at level 50 but no its cash shop only and kdf does not have a science ship. I been thinking of deleteing my kdf science toon and making a fed one just so i can have a normal non cash shop ship.I would like like to know from cryptic are kdf getting a in game level 40 science ship or not thats all. If i wanted a cash shop ship i would have got one when thay had a sale.
