General:

Changed some of our texture data to work around an Nvidia DX11 driver-level issue.
- This issue causes corrupt rendering, such as flickering, or dark shadowed patches on character faces.
- This workaround improves things, but does not completely resolve these issues for Nvidia cards when running with DX11 beta enabled.
Dismissing Duty Officers now correctly grants rewards.
KDF Duty Officer portraits no longer have a Federation background.
Duty Officer status icons are no longer missing from the reserve roster UI.
Updated "Transport Prisoners from Azha" so it no longer causes the gameclient to crash.
Removed blank spaces and incorrect options from the specialization filter dropdown.
