Oh! I hope this means these are getting fixed: Exocomp, Maintenance Engineer listed under the Tactical Department. Automated Personnel Unit, Armory Officer listed under the Engineering Department.
I'm also interested if Heretic had managed to fix our missing Doff issues. My Augmented Personnel Unit is still MIA and can't be reclaimed.
We implemented the first step, which is to make sure that this doesn't happen to anyone else. I believe the second step, recommissioning your MIA doffs, is still in progress. But it's on the radar!

Duty Officers:
The Maintenance active roster power is now working properly.
Still broke but for different reason than before. Auxiliary to Structural has a 15 second recharge but also a 15second global cool down. Maintenance power does nothing as the power always stays at 15 second due to global cool down.
Engineering Training Team has a similar problem in that the 3rd Maintenance duty officer only give half benefit or zero benefit if 3 blue due to hitting global cool down.
EDIT:Also unrelated to these patch notes the Veteran bridge officer is meant to boost projectile damage among other skills but none of the skill bonus seem to work.

3 minutes ago.. on 3 different toons. 2 New toons leveling Diplo after S5, T2 Diplo unlocked but can't buy T1 or T2 Diplo Doff's with Dilithium.
And my main, which attained T4 Diplo after S5, but can't buy T4 Doff's although it can buy T1/2/3 which were unlocked before S5 hit.
