Where is he located in the First City? My mission info says to meet him there yet I can't find him.

I spoke to him on DS9 and he does nothing for the mission to aquire STF gear, The mission tracker points to D'Vak being on the The First City map.

    No idea where though.

Yep. D'Vak is in the OMEGA pavillion on DS9. But the mission is broken, it won't update or complete.

And despite the patch notes, all the vendors on DS9 look exactly the same:
•Updated the costumes for Elite Vendors so they have costumes that match the tier of the items they are vending.

Yeah, I had to fly all the way to DS9 to meet him, and he gave me nothing. That's when I realized the mission tracker tells me to meet him at the First City, so I tried to see if he was there but NNOOOOOO.

I hope they fix this soon. Like, RIGHT NOW.

When you encounter this, file a bug report...post in the Bug report section, etc.

Squeaky wheel gets the grease ;)

Merry Christmas. Bug the Tey out of it. Though I was shocked that I did not get the offer to do these missions before now?

    Honestly... I dont care.

When I heard we get 1 requisition form I always asumed we'd get one MK X version of the new set pieces as kind of an appetiser. We dont. We get a lazy MK X weapon with [Borg].
I have 9 characters and NONE of them hasnt already better weapons. Even the oney is prety much do not play.

Yeah, if you're already leveled and have top gear already, it's pretty useless. I don't care about the [borg] modifier.

Yeah - that's what I have used it for on each (well, each exclusively Fed-side) toon I have. It's nice to have a few different variants of the MkX purple kit. Considering what the cost is to craft them now, it's probably the best choice.

I too have this problem, with all my KDF toons. No problem @ all with my feds. However, what good is it anyway? Should be a Mk XII requisition, not a Mk X, since all my toons are VAs & I have no need for a Mk X kit or any Mk X gear for that matter.

This. Even my wife's toon has better gear, and she's only RA LH. The better gear is sitting in her bank, waiting for her to get promoted so she can put it on herself and her toons.

Hmm. Well it's been 5 days now since this post opened and my first ticket was entered. No response on either front.

At this point, I just wish I could drop the stupid mission so I didn't have to contend around it while trying to turn in others. Seeing it stuck there is severely aggravating my OCD. If I didn't see it every time I log onto a klink alt, it wouldn't bother me as much.

What's it going to take to get this fixed?

Some sort of a response saying, yes we are aware that this is bugged, we are fixing it. Would be nice. I'm guessing the QA team that tested this play only Feds.?

I am only annoyed by this because you cant drop the mission.

But really, KDF only problems are never high on the priority list. Somewhere between Rocket Boots and a new Tribble. Which will we see first?

Had the same problem, and made a sarcastic comment in fleet, that it probably works for the Feds. What do you know, it seems that its broken just for us Klinks. Has he been at the festive bloodwine, and forgotten about us? Or has he been drinking, the Federations rather insidious rootbeer, and been swayed to the 'whiney side of the schwartz'.

D'Vak, we find your lack of letting us, complete this mission disturbing. Time to execute you for incompetence, to get my mission completed and my shiny.

Please devs fix this issue, you could be facing an armada of Klingon ships. You might be made to listen to It's Friday by Rebbeca Black, James Blunt and Justin Bieber music until you crack. If all else fails, you will be poked with the soft cushions. If made of harder stuff, we will use the comfy chair. You will be made to sit in it, with a nice cup of coffee until you relent.

(Got to love the monty python spanish inquisition torture scene.)

Not sure whats worse all the Fed whine, or that fate.

    Q'apla!

Merry Xmas to one and all at Cryptic and STO.

He's Alexander's son and a Starfleet admiral, what do you think?

I don't even much care about the free gear. I'm ****ed because it seems that until that mission gets resolved the space and ground vendors *won't even talk to me*! I can't get any gear at all!

Nothing. No fix for this issue in today's patch? I'm completely unable to buy STF gear thanks to this bug. I can't believe more people aren't posting about this. You would think such a major break in end game play would have more people up in arms.

Yes. He's going to the Honor Guard vendors, and if your quest is broken so that you can't turn it in, you can't buy from them, because the requisitions come from Roxy, who won't release the requisitions until you complete the darned mission.

I take it that, if you were already able to buy gear before the mission went live, you aren't effected, right? Because I'm still able to get the requisitions just fine.

    ^ This.

Uhm. yeah. This sounds like the initial brush-off Dev posts about the issue I found on one of the 6 or 7 threads regarding this issue. Total and utter denial. Of course it must be something WE are doing wrong. Please.

I know of no Klingon BG's that would be unable to figure this mission out (if it did indeed work) after enduring weeks of bugged KDF missions to level up to Brigadier General or higher.

Oh yeah man. You would expect people to be up in arms but they aren't...they are leaving. Qonos' is dead as a graveyard, except around Q's feet and a few exchange jockeys.

Like others, I'm done. My sub is up on the 27th and I'm out. I've supported this buggy game for nearly a year now hoping it would get better but alas, I no longer hold any confidence that it will. This is unfortunately just one of many game-breaking issues that persist (see this thread):

    http://forums.startrekonline.com/showthread.php?t=244320

All that is left for me at this point is complete disappointment...

Interestingly, last night one of my lower guys finally unlocked this.
The text showed correctly he was on DS9.
I didn't go there to try it, but that's better than all my other Lt Gen.
I still can't drop the mission to maybe retake it and correct the text and complete it tho.

*EDIT* went to DS9, talking to him STILL doesn't advance the mission to get the Mk X requisition forum...
    And still can't drop it....*sigh*
Wonder if it'll take as long to fix this for the KDF as it did for the KDF to get Hargh'Pengs after the Feds got them...:p

Hi Captains. There was another thread on the matter that I forwarded along to the Dev team last week. I know it's being looked into.

    Cheers,
