Kar'FI Phase Shift Console

As I've seen no response to this issue in Bug reports I'm going to try a different area to see if I can get any response here.

To date I still do not have the Phase Shift console for my Kar'Fi. I've read several posts on this topic, NONE of which have received ANY response from Cryptic. It would appear that if you purchased your Kar'Fi through the CStore you can release and reclaim the ship and then receive the console. However, if you got this ship with your LG token, that is not an option as the CStore will not respect that purchase. I do not feel I should have to purchase the ship outright to get this console. Can someone at Cryptic please respond to this issue?

    There are a few known issues that may be causing your particular problem.

    We are building a backup store that will enable you to reclaim consoles you qualify for but don't have. It's in the pipeline.

    Is this one of the situations where you can discharge the ship and then reclaim it? You can do that with all of the other C-store ships and even reacquire as many of those consoles as you'd like.

    No, as I stated I didn't get this off the CStore but with my LG token, so the CStore won't recognize the purchase. :(
