I’m Lt. General Killen all- oh my poor Doffs

So I have 5 Lt. Generals and I think I have now killed between 15 to 20 Doffs between all five characters. I never had this issue on the test server and I did not lose a single one when I leveled up my Fed toon on the test server. Also I need to state I do not take mission that have a disaster higher then 5% after I have put my Doffs in the slots.

So now I have a few questions!
Do other KFD players find they are having a similar issue?

Does the Cryptic Dev team want it to play this way?

Can I get a kill counter for my lost crew just like missing taken/complete or sickbay?

I do feel really bad I keep losing Doffs and no I'm executing them ....yet!

Talking about executing Doffs can we get a stat listed under the Doff of number of mission completed successfully, failed, and disaster.

I'm afraid I haven't run into this problem, and I even send characters on military missions. Although I've been picking the military missions with 0 or low risk (till I can get more colored doffs... particularly kdf side).

Anyone that comes back alive from a failed mission I have executed for incompetence. Pretty much half my crew is incompetent
