Is Vega Colony bugged?

I have two separate friends who cannot complete and turn in Vega Colony's turorial mission.

Vega colony mission is completed. They successfully beam out to their ships and warp out, headed to ESD, and the main game.

Both are reporting that no "completion" happens, and they are requested to go back to Vega colony, which of course isn't possible.

What to do?

    I just created a new character (19 Nov) and had this problem with Assimilation and Skill Trainer. Can't complete them.

    Same here, I went through all of the tutorial but cannot complete it now.

    It tells me I need to beam back up to the ship

    It's been like that for a couple of weeks now...

    Another Thing They will get to..., (wait for it)...

    ... SOON... :rolleyes:

    You can still play the game beyond that point though.

    I have saved more than 20 colonists and can't seem to progress. The commander just stands there and won't order me to go destroy the Borg emplacements around the colony. WTF do I do now?

    ya same here with 2 different accounts
    killing borg saving colonist
    but nothing with kelly ordering me to take out emplacements

    I edited in and highlighted in red something you forgot and would like to add that if the fix isnt coming Soon(tm) then its working as intended :D

    so i guess its bugged,and thus my character is stuck there,shame she was my beta test character
