It's a ferengi, he probably bribed the teacher to get a passing grade.

Only if the teacher was Ferengi as well--some other cultures might be insulted by a bribe.

Please put the promotion ceremony back in some of us role play and use that!!! I don't see the harm in it besides you need something to interact with!!

Any chance that this mission will permanently run for 2 hours at a time? I believe it's intended to slot in at one hour intervals on the current rotation but with so many events there's a good chance that you might not get to play the event you want for a day or more depending on your schedule and this mission takes so long to do even a couple of the easy tasks that it's not really fun because you feel too rushed to enjoy it.

If there were ways players could effect the timer of the event duration, such as cooperating to do various tasks repeatedly to extend the mission duration (completing multiple "copies" of the various Easy missions grants X minutes, Medium X*2, etc) would be great. We'd actually feel, for the first time in this game, that what we're doing ACTUALLY matters. Making us feel compelled to stay there and continue fighting is much more encouraging to me than an arbitrary number you're imposing on me without giving me any say in the matter.

I remember posting a bug report about that earlier today. Good to see he's getting over that. :D

Wow. If all bugs were always dealt with this fast, you'd have a perfectly happy playerbase.
Well done, no issues left I had with the zone so far.

What is stopping you from roleplaying that the ceremony is still happening? Just walk up to Hilo and Salute him, write what ever you need for dialogue and call it good, that is what most of us RP'ers already do. (With a useless mission in our logs).

When will the Decloaking issue be resolved? The one where dialog boxes decloak cloaked players. This issue has been a showstopper for far longer than the resurrect problem that was resolved and it impacts a lot of the player base.

Still no fix for the Vor'Kang, still unpurchasable in the Cstore, has been since the relaunch of Tribble...
Must be a tough one to track down...

The promotion ceremony missions are no longer offered. You do not actually need to claim a ship to complete a promotion mission.

Thank you for removing this. Because of the new dilithium system and the overpriced ships and items, a lot of people will not be able to purchase a new ship when they get promoted. So instead of waiting for them to grind the needed amount to purchase the ship before they complete the mission, now they don't have to. Now all they have to do is see Quinn and that's it. Thank you very much Zeronius Rex. It is nice to see someone listen to and resolve the problems that really annoyed Tribble testers.

Now maybe you can persuade them to get rid of the dilithium crafting surcharge completely. That is a major problem with the new system. Crafting was implememted so that people could have a way to get nice weapons and items for their toons without having the credits. By implementing a dilithium surcharge, you have completely gone against the reason it was created. Please help us get rid of this travesty. I am my fleets' crafter and I have helped out a lot of fleetmates and friends by crafting them the items they need. With this new surcharge, I will not be able to help out anyone.

But when will they add better loot or at least better descriptions to the Different remodulators?

Question on the Borg ground invasion - when it was first released, we had to start from easy, then work our way up each time the invasion started. So at 9am, only easys were open, and you worked your way on to the probe. At 1pm, same thing, no matter what you did previously, only easy's were open to start.

Now, I just got done with the most recent iteration, and it seemed that all my previous completions were 'saved'. So first thing I did was the Probe mission...

Question is, which way was intended? I'm good either way, as I still did all the hard missions regardless, am just curious (though the way it is now ill save tons of time getting those purples since I dont have to do the easy/mediums any more)

    Hi,

Liking the new arena's however we teaming up with others it's quite hard to catch up with them. Would it be possible to put some kind of visual indicator above your team members? I know there is a distance meter in the team members screen but I think it would improve team play by seeing this.

    Thanks

Actually, the Promotion Ceremony is still around. I was putting around on my Tribble Lowbie when I got promoted. I went to the Stateroom, and was able to grab and finish the optional (no XP) mission right there. :)

That's not entirely true. What about the "decloaking" bug? You know the one that if you're cloaked and one of your bridge officers talks to you you always decloak. That one has been around for how many months now? 8 I think at least? That is a major bug.

No it's not.. It only really effects KDF players.

Soooooo many bugs that we have been BEGGING to get fixed for almost 2YEARS now are getting fixed recently... Glad that you finally got around to it, and I am sure it has absolutely nothing to do with F2P and it was all just because they were really really hard bugs to handle.

Yes it mostly affects KDF players and also Fed Defiant players. I am so tired of flying in my Negh'var and having it decloak for that stupid reason.

With all of the thought put into directions. What happened to advising players that they need to earn the extra 50 points in the level cap adjustment? That would really be nice to be aware of when trying to respec and not being able to complete it because I'm short 50 points!
