Block all communications failed

Hello folks.
The Pi Canis Raids have been in place for quite a while now and I never had any problems with any fo them...until today.
Is the darn "jam" button actualy broken?

    Not sure. I am fairly certain I did it last night and it was fine for me.

    After tryinf some more it turns out the button is somewhat unresponsive sometimes.
    At least for me.
    I had to hit it several times or rather long for the jammer to kick in.
    I fells like the same problem people report on occasion that buffs don't take effect or weapons don't fire.
