Serious question, and im sure its been discussed countless times, but since i just recently came back to the game from a several month absence, ive heard that klingons have got some additional content, well my current character im lvling is ltcm7, but im finding it extremely hard to lvl without grinding out the same dailies/explore missions, etc, pvp is almost non existant at this lvl, and story missions are few and far between, so my question is, has anything new really been added to help you lvl at the lower ranks? thx

1. Always do your empire defenses before anything else (They are like Fed DSE's except they do not require completion 3/3 times to turn in and they give more xp). As well in a given rank when you reach a certain grade the xp amount will be lowered.
2. After you have reached the point where Empire Defense gives you less xp you have several choices I recommend. The first thing since KDF only content xp rewards work like empire defense do those immediately when they become available. Once you reach that point where you reach the lack of content for the rank start doing your featured episodes.
3. Once you have completed all of your Empire Defenses, KDF Only Content, and Featured Episodes in a given rank I recommend doing one of 2 things this is where it gets to the grind either do Pi Canis Sorties or do the 2 dialogue missions Spin the Wheel and Cold Comfort every 30 minutes until you hit I believe is either Grade 8 or 10 it starts giving you the next Empire Defense and KDF Content Missions.
Gradually the grind will last a lil bit at first but when you hit Captain thats when it feels kind of long and usually I'm doing the dialogue missions and if i've done the sortie daily already i do a quick run of bravo sortie without doing the optionals. If you dedicate/invest enough time you can pretty much push out a fresh LG withing 3-5 days. The advantage is being aware of how certain KDF missions give diminishing returns as you get higher in rank and grade to do them as soon as they are available to get the most xp out of them.

Short answer...no
As we were sternly told by a Developer, content is subjective, content doesn't always equal missions.
The only new missions in many moons are the Featured Episodes and the Klingons get them at later levels than the Federation (imagine that)
There have no new Missions in over 8 months.
The Klingons did get a beautifully redone Homeworld and a couple of new ships, but they are Cstore only.
