Klingon rewards?

so i'm curiouis do we get the doff rewards for both federation/klingon regardless of which side we qualify for them on? Seems much harder for klingons to get to teir three as they don't have diplomacy......also do federation/klingons get DIFFERETN titles if you get to Vice Admiral or General? or do you get a title for reaching top level on either of the sides that unlocks the respective title for both?

    Both factions are treated separately. If you unlocked everything for the FED, you still won't get anything for the KDF and vice-versa.

    Max level special titles will be different for each faction. I assume the same goes with special doffs (unless these would be some unique species that would serve either side).

    And yes, it is difficult, if not impossible for Klingons to reach Tier 3 in any doff rank. I barely got Tier 1 on something other than Diplomacy for my FED. Can't imagine reaching 2 or 3.
