Hey Heretic. Has there been thoughs on missions tied to Doff system

Was wondering if there has been any though to special missions that are tied to maybe say the crit get on missions like exploration or dip missions that give bonuses for doing them or like crit fail ones were we have to go in and save the team. Kind alike what happens in the TNG eps were the crystline entity shows up. On a colinization mission. I know that a lot have been bothered by the death of some of there boffs so was thinking maybe a resue mission with a time limit say 5 hours or so to go in and get them before they get killed or a chance to save some of them maybe % based.
