Kdf progression

Before I go ahead and post this as a bug, is there a break in progression of storyline until we can do the Breen mission arc?

I currently got to the end of the romulan arc and did the darkness before dawn mission but have no option to replay (as if we ever could) and am unable to hail the defari ambassador to start the breen arc. Could this be down to being only BG2 and I need to be higher level?

(Before anybody asks, the defari ambassador doesnt want to talk to me on Qo'nos either)

    Update: Got to MG and still no advancement possible. Curios though as although it said i had a floor trophy at the end of 'Darkness before the dawn' I dont seem to have one. Have rerun cutting the cord twice and still not able to advance beyond it.

    Currently to start the Breen Arc you must be MG2 (BG 7). But there is a break there too. I finished Cold Call and can not get the second mission.

    Klingon Progression is royally screwed up. With Locked Progression, you cant even play a Mission we originally got at Lt 10.

    Yea I am kind of miffed about this progression system also. Being BG3 and not being able to start the breen series is really a let down. Wouldn't be bad if people actually qued up for PVE/PVP ques to fill the void. I really loathe the thought of having to grind out expanse missions to try and level. I can do that on holodeck.
