Duty officer mission history clutters the interface..

I have been plying through as many DOFF assignments as I can over the past couple of weeks, and I've noticed that my previous, completed assignments are listed at the bottom of the assignment progress window. When combined with the progress stats on my ongoing assignments and bars showing my XP in the different commendation areas, this window is becoming increasingly cluttered. Maybe it would do to move the list of completed assignments to its own tab?

    We are, in fact, moving this to its own tab.

    I imagine the Borg assimilated Cryptic because they appear more efficient :p
