[BUG] T5 Excelsior didn't convert

My T5 Advanced Heavy Cruiser Retrofit Excelsior ship did not convert over to the console-based one.

My Exploration Cruiser Retrofit, My Dreadnought Cruiser, My Tactical Escort Retrofit and my T3 Excelsior all converted, just not my T5 Advanced Heavy Cruiser Retrofit.

What I'm wondering is: Did this happen because I had a T3 Excelsior already in my inventory and it glitched? I can't dismiss this ship and reclaim it because the C-Store is not fully hooked up (I'd have to re-buy this ship class and I don't have enough points)

Any thoughts?

    I ran into the same thing, though, I apparently don't have the T3 anymore, so that's likely not the issue.

    Same here. Oddly, I have the full slate of transwarp powers when in space; but I have no Transwarp Coil Console anywhere that I can find. If it makes any difference, this ship was my active vessel at the time of conversion, and all the slots were filled with my currently equipped gear.

    My Intrepid, Nebula, and MVAM all carried over fine, with the Intrepid and Nebula growing new consoles slots and the new consoles automagically appearing in them. But all these ships were mostly or partly empty and parked at the ship vendor, not actively selected.

    I also note that only the C-Store ships I had claimed before the conversion carried over as "Purchased" to Tribble. I don't know (and I don't plan to find out) what would happen if I dismiss and try to reclaim the Excelsior.

    Hello,
    Noticed the same, the question is has the T5 Excelior for sure a Transwarp console on Tribble?
    Or maybe they didnt transform her?

    Otherwise i would test it if its a bug (all console slots were soltted) so is discard the ship and would get a new one (it was marked as sold in the C-Store) but after i discard it the confirm of buying it in the Tribble c-store was gone.
    So i could get a new one, bad things happens :D

    Same here - my excelsior on tribble is exactly as it was on live. No extra console slots, no extra console, all the transwarp abilities in place and innate.

    As far as I know the T5 Excelsior isn't supposed to get an additional console slot, only the console. Maybe that's the problem? My Excelsior still has the 9 Transwarp locations and I'm fine with not having to spend 1 of my console slots for it.

    Hah, if this is a bug, the devs should probably think about leaving it this way. The console just doesn't make sense.

    Yes, I have the Excel refit, no I don't fly it. I fly a Sovereign.

    And for the record, I had no consoles equipped on it when I transferred it over.

    My primary ship on Holodeck is the Excelsior Retrofit (T5). I didn't get the new console. Before I stopped to think that the C-Store isn't fully "hooked-up" to our accounts, I thought I'd need to discharge/reclaim my ship. I got rid of the ship, but now, obviously, can't reclaim it. GM Tkt #21,310.

    In the mean time I went back to my old Assault Cruiser. :rolleyes:

    Note also that I had a T3 Nebula and T3 Excel - Those converted fine. I got the new consoles for both.

    Yeah I found the same, Excel still as it was, and I also have the T3 but thats still as it was on Holo. Dropped my MVAM and went to repick it up so see if that would affect its change too but of course, lost it... So I am NOT going to drop my T5 and spend points in the store again to get it.

    Your conversion needs some work Devs, coz it ain't working that well...

    My excel transfered over without getting any new console slot. However, when I cked the C-store on ships I found that I could get the T3 excel for free. It came with the console and I took it out of the T3 and put it over to the T5. It auto upgraded to 7.6 power to all stations in the T5 excel..

    They are not the same console.

    The T3 console is a bonus to efficiency skills and only has the 3 transwarp destinations, the T5 console has advanced in the name and is a bonus to performance skills and has the rest of the transwarp destinations.

    It's interesting that you could claim the T3 on tribble without spending C-Store points though.

    Oh -- and on the TTS channel ZeroniusRex mentioned that the T5 not updating is indeed a bug.
