Sirs,

I have just been made aware of a situation on Earth space dock I feel needs attention. One of my former junior officers had recently been promoted to full Captain and was looking forward to equipping her new ship. She is one of the formost tatical captains in the fleet. She was given command of a defiant class vessel. Sadly none of the ship and weapon vendors on Earth space dock were able to provide her with dual cannons of any kind for her ship. Furthermore, she was unable to acquire any working consoles for her science and engineering officers. As of now they are not on speaking terms. No vendors were selling cannons of any kind and the only console upgrades were being traded for ultra rare dillithium.

We Starfleet Captains are used to making do with whatever we can. We understand that this is war time and commodities are hard to come by but if were are to promote our younger officers and give them commands of their own we must at least be able ti equip them with basic gear. Please see if any supply ships can be diverted to ESD to allows the vendors to sell all varieties of basic weapons and ship consoles for the hard earned yet measely Energy credits we obtain.

    To my fellow Captains,

    Do none of you see the need to resupply ESD so that our young and upcoming officers can have a token of a fighting chance?

    No, it is more than likely that people agree with you, so much so that the fact that issue has already been addressed by a Dev comment saying that they'll look into it, and thus they likely simply ignored your post because it's already being taken care of.

    Oh, I've noticed it, and I think it does need to be looked into too. Its boring searching the galaxy for appropriate level items or paying insane prices on the open exchange.

    Sadly, Starfleet Command has decided equipment should be purchased with Dilithium and due to shortages that Dilithium is expected to be gained through extensive trading with... a despicable and horrific Dilithium laundering syndicate called: Cryptic Studios.

    Inorder to get your equipment you must first pay this Syndicate and they will give you... points that can be traded for Dilithium to buy your equipment. Alternatively you can use these points to purchase Federation ships that come with enhancements. This is supposedly in keeping with Starfleet Command's idea of a Perfect World order.

    I was well into VA with my MK V through VIII drops until some fleet mates helped out. I guess they are taking the "Pay to Play" seriously.

    The lack of DHCs and DCs... Didn't we have this before? It almost seems as if they reset all the equipment vendors to pre-Season 2 values or so.

    They did turn back the clock on the vendors for some reason, only selling odd mark items now, what sort of sillyness is that?

    When I started on Tribble a week and some change ago, one of the first things I noticed was that crafting now gives you the odd levels instead of evens when you make stuff.
