Awarded Boffs in Tribble F2P

So I just was wondering if I was the only one who thought this but, I so far am at captain LvL and I have gotten awarded over 18 Boffs. Is this a little to many or is it just me?

    I think you are awarded far more boffs than you can have on your roster because you would generally be expected to use some of them to "Train Up" other boffs to get the ability combinations you want.
