Difficulty Scanning Freighters

BUG:

Scanning Freighters in the story missions such as "War is good for Business" and "Treasure Trading Station" is difficult and frustrating.

Description:

Scanning Freighters in the story missions often abort within a second of the scan. Often it takes 4 to 6 attempts to actually complete one scan. It does seem if you park yourself in front of the freighter and come to a complete stop and don't touch anything but the scan button that you can successfully scan the freighter.

How to reproduce:

1. Enter either story mission
2. When the objective to scan the freighters comes on, attempt to scan the freighters while moving slightly.

I have noticed this issue on several missions that involve scanning either moving, or stopped items. Scanning particles works on the same map, while in motion, however, while trying to scan a moving object (even matching it's speed) the scan gets interrupted.
