I bought 6 or 7 duty officer packs and only got 2 rare officer,i tried to report the bug but the server would not let me.I would not mind if it where in game credits but i paid real cash and did't get what i paid for please help ty.

    Please use more descriptive thread titles.

    Secondly, there are other threads (with better titles) that explain the differences between rare and quality. The colors represent quality, not how rare it is. They are working on better descriptions to ease confusion on this.
