ESD Mega Lag (Worse Than Before)

I got disconnected while staring at the 95% loading screen for 10 minutes a little while ago. Now my toon is apparently stuck trying to zone into ESD, and every time I log in, I just get the 95% loading screen again, and never get in. No way apparently to try and log to another zone, since I'm not getting the prompt for "safe mode" login.

    third time with the issue with me, one first one lagged out second got through after twenty minutes and this last one crawls through 95 part the way then hangs some more, .....you get in enventurally but its annoying, makes you thinks its crashed and generally not fun, anyone else seeing this?

    It's getting worse. Tried three times now to get back in after I got disconnected while trying to zone into ESD. It's at the point where I'm reluctant to visit ESD at all since it means 1/2 hour to an hour being locked out of the game. That's unfortunate since it's the only place to do a lot of things, like respec or trade in salvage for STF gear.
