Buying Doff's

Ok so Lt. Ferra seems to be bugged.

I've got a token for a tier one diplomacy officer yet I cant spend that token... anybody else run into this? Any work arounds, or fixes?

    Posting a screenshot showing the problem would be useful.

    I can see no reason why you shouldn't be able to buy a DOFF with your token, unless you were looking at the wrong section (anything other than the diplomacy section). I managed to buy a tier 1 diplo DOFF yesterday just fine.

    I'm trying tto understand the free token. When I try to collect the Doff Officer. It tells me that I'm full.

    ALso of note, the C-store Doffs are duplicating the same person. I have two of the same Doffs. Please explain.

    I ran into this today too.

    The issue seems to have something to do with the doffs that you have assigned to your ship/ground crew.

    A workaround is to remove one doff each from your ship and ground crew and then claim the new one. Worked for me anyways (and yeah i forgot to bug it :p doh)

    There is a bug which we have a fix in the pipeline for where it is trying to slot it directly into your active roster. This may be causing the issue; try removing someone from the ground or space active roster as appropriate.

    When I hit Tier 2 Diplo, I picked Garkit'lak, he jumped straight into a ground crew slot.
