BUG:

In The Duty officers Menu, The misssion boarding Party Drills shows available even without the required number of security officers.

How to reproduce (If known.)

I have 51 officers doing 18 tasks currently, ome of them are security officers and if reassigned would allow the requirement for officers.
2. Currently I have 3 officers free to do the assignment and the required amount of energy credits. but it requires 5 officers.

LOCATION:
Duty Officer Menu, assignments, shipboard, military tab.

    not really a bug... it bases the missions off what your TOTAL BO count towards it is... so if you got 10 officers of a typpe, but 9 are on missions, you still "qualify" for some missions even when you do it.
