Unable to proceed to "shutdown"

Bug: I am unable to proceed to the next mission "shutdown" in my mission journal. There isn't a contact listed for this mission in the journal either. But I don't know if that is related.

    Same here, I've reached max lvl and can not move on to the next story mission in Cardassian space - Shutdown. I have completed all story missions up to this point but I can not pick this one up.

    I came across this yesterday, but found a work-around. While in Beta Ursa Sector Space, fly near DS9 and you get offered the mission.

    That seems to work but it's still broke since it should offer i to you.
