cannot retrain BOFF's from trainer in First city

Have apparently ran into a bug now where I am unable to use purchase BOFF"s to retrain existing BOFF's
this was previously working.

You know, it really is a royal pain in the you know where to be trying to develop a KDF character on Tribble with all these broken bits..


I DO NOT like the fact that we have to shell out Dilithium for the a new ship as we progress in rank.. For special ships, yes, make ottal sense, but for the basic ships of the tier no, bad, bad bad.

Dilithum for ships weapons, console shield engines etc are seriously over priced in the current build.

Missing craftable items are a serious issue in game play. The lack of the HArqh'peng torpedo is a real pain... I really wish ya;ll had used a current holodeck build to slap the F2P system onto.

Please at least fix these issues in the next build.

Nobody can use the BO trainer at the moment, that has been mentioned in the patch notes and in a separate posting. That KDF characters don't get BOs at all while leveling makes it only worse.
