I've been a VA for three days now, I've gotten the rank up mission, I have all the associated VA level stuff...


Where's my quantum slipstream?

    Can you tell me how you resolved this... I can't find it in my powers list, and I'm at VA as well..

    My guess is you have to spend all of your skill points as they seperated ranks and skill points (all other special abilities are tied to skill point spending when leveling up from what I remember). I haven't spent my last group of skill points and don't have this ability yet either.
