BUG:

Sometimes while opening bridge officer packs too quickly it will duplicate some of those officers.

How to reproduce (If known.)

Get some duty officers from the Cryptic store, open like 5 or more packs very quickly, it should duplicate.

LOCATION:

This happens with Duty Officers but I have previously had this duplication bug on holodeck with other items that unpack too so its deeper than just the Duty Officer system.

QUICK FIX.
Tracking down the item database bug that allows duplicating and repairing it will take forever, I would suggest the interim solution of adding a cool down to unpacking items between five to twenty seconds.

    on the subject of duplicate doffs i have Tama the Ferengi unscrupulous trader a total of 7 times out of 86 duty officers is this a potential bug or am i just unlucky (especially since my primary focus right now is the medical teir)
