Can't Get DoFF Reward in space or at the SFA DoFF store

After reaching Tier 1 for diplomacy, I went to retrieve my free DoFF from Lieutenant Ferra at Starfleet Academy and the system tells me that I don't have room for this reward. I have 48 DoFF Slots remaining, and I've even tried reassigning science officers in case that was causing the problem. Still no dice. Either I have a bug, or there is not enough in game explanation to tell me what I need to do to receive this award. Help!

    The reward is a Boff not a Doff. You need to clear a spot out for another BRIDGE OFFICER.

    Either way does not work. 1) i have 26 of 100, 2) i have 2 boff slots open, 3) for the tier 2 reward what was offered had doff stats and bonus'. Hopefully its fixed b4 this hits holodeck.

    I don't think so, and here's why, first of all the plaque title is "Tier I Exchange Duty Officer" and all the traits are for a Duty Officer, rather than a Bridge Officer, it's also named, which as you know, Bridge Officers aren't until you recruit them. Screenshot Referenced here Secondly in the Store it specifically states these are "special duty officer rewards" in the dialogue for, for instance achieving certain levels of diplomatic commendation. As Referenced in this screenshot. Regardless, I have a slot on my BoFF Roster open anyways.

    And Dev's if you're looking here's a screenshot of the exact dialogue box I get when I try to buy my DUTY OFFICER ;)

    I have the same exact problem. The funny thing I was able to get my tier 2 (blue) just fine, but I still can not get my tier 1 and have the same exact error message.

    This is most likely due to a known bug we have a fix for in the pipeline:

    If you have your active roster slots filled, when you attempt to acquire the new duty officer it will attempt to put it into your active roster, and since that is full it will fail. What is supposed to happen is that it puts all new duty officers into your reserve roster.

    Ah Hah, so if I clear my Active Roster I can claim my DoFF? Thanks for the response!

    Sweet, I cleared my active roster and was able to get my DOFF. Thanks a bunch!!!!
