DOFF Department icons Idea

I was thinking today as i was looking at the icons on the Pictures for the DOFF assignments (for lack of a better term department icons)

I would like to have those symbols on my ship in the spot that FLeet logo's go. (like the caduceus)
so why not have them be rewards for leveling up different parts of the DOFF system.

    Interesting idea. Those are actually the commendation category icons. That could conceivably work. I will ping Thomas the Cat about that.

    nice! Not only would you get your accolade, but you could show it on your ship as well.

    Costume badges would be great too, but I'd settle for ship logo.

    WHat I'd really like to see is have that icon for each category replace the grasping hands icon for that category experience gain. Right now they are all the grasping hands which I always think is Diplomacy and have to mouse over to make sure it's the category I think the assignment is.

    Agreed. In fact I'd almost prefer these as badges to Ship Icons. However, I'd happily take both... *Grin*...

    That icon is actually a placeholder. We will be getting commendation category-specific icons.
