Bug - Vor'Cha Missing from C-Store

The Vor'Cha Battle Cruiser Refit is missing from the C-Store on the Tribble server on the KDF side. Also, when talking to the Ship and Shuttle Requisition officer on the KDF side the ship is listed under Captain ships, but is not purchaseable from that screen although I have enough C points (Buy button greyed out).

    This is the same as the Advanced Research Science Vessel on the Federation side.
