Earth Space Dock Loading lagg for 10 Minutes

Whenever i dock at ESD, the Loading goes real fast to 95,67% and then stops for 10 Minutes. After approx 10. Minutes, i stand in ESD transport room and systems tells me i am away for too long.

    I was getting this just now. I logged off and waited 10 minutes, and it is now working.
