KDF BO Bugs/Glitches/Errors/Lack Thereof

Ok, the KDF has been released onto tribble- why can we not train our officers? I got flooded w/ new officers on the fed side every time I got promoted, where are the new officers on the KDF side? I cannot train any officers in the skills I like/need & am getting no new ones as I get promoted. This is a major blunder & needs immediate attention. I do not want to waste my time & skill points on officers who have skills I neither need or want. Not only does this need to be fixed ASAP but anyone who is already up in rank needs to be flooded, as the feds are, w/ new officers retroactively. Seriously, this is bad; as bad as getting uncloaked every time a comm window pops up. :mad:
