Multiple identical duty officers

I am up to having four identical duty officers. This should'nt be happening according to the latest patch.

    Identical is fine, same name different job isn't.

    Claudio Parker Mammen, but 1 is a diplomat, and the other a gravimtric scientist

    Successfully submitted ticket ID #18,520.

    Also now have 3 Rosario Benjamin Papke, 2 are biologists, 1 is an astrometrics scientist

    2 Britt Merle Paterson, 1 is a doctor, 1 is a counselor

    Luella Pricilla Lazenby, most are colonists, 1 is an EMH

    Vuriat is both a security officer and a Quartermaster, both from the commendation store.
